Refund & Cancellation Policy

Beauty Pro Subscriptions
- Beauty Pro subscriptions are billed at $8.00 per month, charged automatically on the same date each month.
- Subscriptions automatically renew each month. You will be charged on the same date each billing cycle until you cancel.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard.
- When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged again after cancellation.
- We will send you a confirmation email when your cancellation has been processed.
- Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. We do not provide partial refunds for unused portions of a billing period.
- If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at support@bookedher.com within 60 days of the charge and we will review your case. Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, you also have the right to dispute charges directly with your credit card issuer.
How to Cancel
- Online: Log in to your account, go to Settings, and click "Cancel Subscription." Your cancellation is effective immediately — no additional steps or phone calls required.
- Email: Send a cancellation request to support@bookedher.com. We will process your request and confirm within 2 business days.
We will never make cancellation harder than signing up. If you experience any difficulty cancelling, contact us and we will resolve it promptly.
Free Trials
If we offer a free trial, you will be clearly informed before being charged. If you cancel during the free trial period, you will not be charged. We will send a reminder email before your trial converts to a paid subscription.
Booking Cancellations
- Bookings are agreements between the Client and the Beauty Pro. BookedHer does not handle payments for individual beauty services.
- Cancellation and refund policies for individual bookings are set by each Beauty Pro and should be clearly communicated before booking.
- BookedHer is not responsible for refunds, disputes, or damages arising from bookings between users.
- If you have a dispute with another user, we encourage you to resolve it directly. You may contact us at support@bookedher.com to report a problem, and we will attempt to mediate in good faith.
Free Accounts (Clients)
Client accounts are free. There are no charges or fees for clients to browse, book, or use the Platform. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings or by contacting us.
