Refund & Cancellation Policy

Beauty Pro Subscriptions

Beauty Pro subscriptions are billed at $5.00 per month, charged automatically on the same date each month.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard.
When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged again.
Subscription fees are non-refundable. We do not provide partial refunds for unused portions of a billing period.
If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at support@bookedher.com within 7 days of the charge and we will review your case.

Bookings are agreements between the Client and the Beauty Pro. BookedHer does not handle payments for individual beauty services.
Cancellation and refund policies for individual bookings are set by each Beauty Pro.
BookedHer is not responsible for refunds, disputes, or damages arising from bookings between users.
If you have a dispute with another user, we encourage you to resolve it directly. You may contact us at support@bookedher.com to report a problem.

Client accounts are free. There are no charges or fees for clients to browse, book, or use the Platform. You may delete your account at any time.
