Refund & Cancellation Policy

Beauty Pro Subscriptions
- Beauty Pro subscriptions are billed at $5.00 per month, charged automatically on the same date each month.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard.
- When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged again.
- Subscription fees are non-refundable. We do not provide partial refunds for unused portions of a billing period.
- If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at support@bookedher.com within 7 days of the charge and we will review your case.
Booking Cancellations
- Bookings are agreements between the Client and the Beauty Pro. BookedHer does not handle payments for individual beauty services.
- Cancellation and refund policies for individual bookings are set by each Beauty Pro.
- BookedHer is not responsible for refunds, disputes, or damages arising from bookings between users.
- If you have a dispute with another user, we encourage you to resolve it directly. You may contact us at support@bookedher.com to report a problem.
Free Accounts (Clients)
Client accounts are free. There are no charges or fees for clients to browse, book, or use the Platform. You may delete your account at any time.
